I made a Bouncing Souls cake for Eric Jean's birthday party!
I'm pretty happy with how it came out, considering that I forgot to grease the pan and I had to tediously glue the whole thing together with frosting. It was really just nice to bake something. I haven't had much time for it lately.
But, in the vein of baking, Tia got me an amazing late birthday gift:

A week or so ago, one of our regular customers, Gilbert, stopped by with several boxes of Little Debbies snack cakes and cheese crackers and insisted that Tia and I take a bunch. Glorious bounty.
