Things that are on my mind:
* Tia found a box of promotional cds from the early 2000's in our back room today. From the loot, I was able to get:
DMX - It's Dark and Hell is Hot
Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory
Little Nicky Soundtrack
Adema - Adema
Outkast - Stankonia
Our Lady Peace - Happiness...Is Not a Fish That You Can Catch
System of a Down - Toxicity
* We also found a cd in a box of non-scannables called Lewiston: A New Home, a musical about people moving to Lewiston and working in the mills. Ray Libby, the old band director of LHS, had something to do with it. I'm listening to it right now, and it's pretty fantastic. I was hoping to find a picture of the cover or information on it somewhere online, but no good. Conrad says that he's seen a VHS copy of it at the public library, however. I might have to drop a dollar and find a VCR somewhere.
* Every time I go to the movies, it becomes obvious why going to the movies is really not worth it. The last thing I saw that I actually enjoyed was There Will Be Blood. For now, I'm holding out for Defiance and The Spirit, and hoping that they'll actually be worth it.
* While looking at pictures of Mark Wahlberg tonight, I discovered that he has tattoos of:
-Bob Marley with "ONE LOVE" underneath it
-A cartoon cat eating a bird
-A rosary around his neck connecting down to a banner that says "IN GOD I TRUST"
-His name
Crush factor just went down a whole bunch of points.
* I never noticed Phil's hat in the "Creep" video until last night.
