Mm, yeah
This morning, I still felt drunk. Which is ridiculous, because I don't think I really drank that much, considering it's me. A pint of Hell's Bells, a pint of Grolsch, two little cups of sparkling rose and a bottle and a half of Bulmers. I shouldn't have been feeling quite that bad, I'm sure.
Have already procrastinated more than I'd like to today. But not many people turned up to Magic Realism today (the fact that anyone turned up at all at 9am on the last Friday before Christmas surely proves how great this class is), so we pushed both seminar groups together and just had the one seminar on 'Shadow Without a Name' (which, once again, I haven't read) instead of two, which means I got to go home an hour earlier. So not much time lost, really.
So, now I'm gonna go do my handwashing so it'll definitely be dry by Saturday night, make a toastie and get that plan finished. Then I'm gonna do my packing and tidying and suchlike, and start sewing if there's time. I would make cards, but I've realised that I have nothing adheisive (and I can't even be bothered to check how to spell 'adheisive') at all. Not even a bloody pritstick, tho using one of them would be a bit... well, crap, really. I want some of those sticky pad things that make whatever you stick on stick out from the card a bit. I know my mum has some, so if I wait till I'm at home I can nick hers. But then I don't know if that'd be leaving it too late. Anyone know when the last post days are?
But yeah, I've decided I'm gonna do loads of useful things, and then I'm gonna see the film tonight (ushering obviously, so I can get in for free). The union cinema's showing Hook, which just seems like a nice film to de-stress to. And Emilie and Teddie, who played the ghosts and various small parts in the panto are ushering too, which'll be nice.
And then I'll come back and do more sewing, or replying to reviews and suchlike.
Speaking of that, there's someone on ff net I really want to send a message to- someone I don't know subscribed to Femme Boosh, and I know she's written a femfic that I haven't added yet, and I really want to say thanks and let her know that the comm isn't quite dead, and I feel really bad for having not done it yet.
Will do it. Today.

I thought I'd post some linkies, so you can see such wonderful things as Dame Tim and nice suits and people being chased up a ladder and dwarves that aren't really dwarves.
