Knitting, Coughing, Resting
Sock Wars III progresses apace. :) I've gotten through the gussets/instep on Sock 1, and I'm liking both the pattern, and the way the tofutsies is knitting up. I hope my target likes them!
Here's sock #1 as of yesterday:
Murphy is a big help in "modeling" the sock in progress. ;) He's a good sport, hey?
Edwin kept me supplied with Tea & goodies on Sunday, and I got to play on the computer a little, but mostly knit the day away while watching my Marathon of "Deadliest Catch" on Discovery! That's my wonderful husband - He ROCKS. :)
Oh, at the park yesterday, we saw the Momma & Papa Canada Goose - with their SIX new babies!!! :) :) :)
They're SUCH a cute family - I hope all of the goslings are healthy this year!
OH, and Boo & I just went outside to see if the mail was here yet - and we ended up picking Lilacs from our bush. Interestingly, I've got three different colors/shades of lilacs on the same bush - never seen that before!
Well, I'm home sick today, so I'm gonna get back in bed & get knitting. I have a cold - a friend came to class on Friday with a cold, and brought her child - who had a cold. Blech.
