Lest anyone be perturbed, the "inappropriate comments" were just the usual smartarse banter I say here, fbook and anywhere else I happen to be. I should point out that they were said quite openly to people I've been fbook chums with for some time, have shared assorted personal confidences with and were not out of context in the general discussion by any means, though to be honest I'm surprised no one's complained before now.
Also, it strikes me as pretty rich for someone to complain about "inappropriate comments" when they devote so much time to discussing "way too much information" subjects, not to mention airing their dirty laundry in public, thier families dirty laundry in public and their friends dirty laundry (and houses come to that).
You're certianly entitled to have who you want around obviously & to kick them out if your p/o'd with them, but to invite someone but then pretend in a public forum that there's no such event and then send a cancellation notice does not speak of an open and honest approach. Indeed, it shows a great disregard for someone who's done you no harm and had been a chum for a devil of a long time, even while many others ostracised you. I've always given you the benifit of the doubt, but I'm afraid I just ran out of doubt.
