Thanks to all who replied to my previous update :). I went to barcelona for a week the day after and in the meantime things have really turned around for me thankfully! I still want to lose weight but gonna do it the healthy way (kind of forgot that option even existed!). I have never lost weight the healthy way (first time I went straight into an eating disorder) but I know I can do it. Clean eating, portion control and exercise.
