I have some better, more focused goals.

I am now 160 (well, 163 with period bloat, but I am angry at my period for these cramps, so nevermind), so:

I'm going to have to set mini-milestones so I can better meet my goal. So:

10/26: 157
11/3: 154
11/11: 151
11/19: 148
11/27: 145
12/5: 142
12/13: 139
12/31: 136
12/29: 133
1/6: 130
1/14: 127
1/22: 124
1/30: 121
2/7: 118
2/16: 115

I think that's totally do-able IF I stay focused. I did so well several months ago when I had small milestones every eight days, so I want to do that again. I think 1/2 pound a day is do-able. I really do.

I'm afraid I will feel like binging now and then, so I just have to stay focused. This is so important and I've come so far. Only a bit more to go. Well, more than a bit, but I know I can do it. I know I can. (Ok, now I sound like the little engine that could) ;-)
