Ok, I'm sort of over my little drama of yesterday and today and I'm feeling better. I just need to refocus on what my goals are and get there (quickly!). No more binging and much more working out. I'm creating a new schedule and eating plan for myself right now so that should help some. Up until about three weeks ago I was writing down in a small notebook everything that I ate. I carried the little notebook everywhere and I've not been doing that for some reason. I need to get back to that badly!

Food today (not that great)
2 SF bars (440)
1 SF shake (120)
2 pieces of godiva chocolate (argh!) I have no idea the cals for that. The fat alone probably added ten feet to my ass.
