hey everyone,
i was just wondering if anyone has any creative or fabulous meal ideas? appetizers, breakfast...anything is included! i'm being very open and this is what i'm currently eating:
navel oranges, sushi, cranberry flax multigrain bread, trailmix, avocado and salmon, lemons, arugula, portobello mushrooms and roast beef. i make salmon in a dill dressing and seve with arugula and a lemon vinaigrette, and i love, love LOVE sushi, it's expensive so i eat it once or twice a week. i love oranges! and watermelon. any juicy fruit.

i'm a fat ass but i'm hitting the gym again regularly (yay!) and working hard guys! i want to transform my bod. i like upscale food, you know olive foucasse and pesto chicken breast with tortellini and five-cheese bruschetta (okay, i don't eat carbs a lot..but you get my point) and i love olives, and pickles. anything acidic. and spinach. i was thinking of a spinach strawberry salad with honey lemon vinaigrette? should i throw in chickpeas or no??

i feel so satisfied gorging myself into watermelon instead of fried noodles from the Friendly Thai. i mean i can eat as much watermelon as i want and not get fat--in fact, i'll just get vitamins! yay!

any suggestions will be well embraced, and be strong guys. summer is almost here.
