Some people make me want to vomit. Just now this guy left the bank. He has a balance of about $40 in his checking account after depositing $220. So he says "I have a big question." Ugh. I don't want to deal with this right now. Anyhow, he asks how this is possible. So I look at his account and say it looks like some checks went through. He says, "Checks? There are no checks written on this account." You idiot. A check is any payment that comes out of the account. So if you use your debit card, once the payment is processed we say the check has cleared. Dumbass. So I break it down. "Sir, I'm showing that two paypal payments went through for $xxx.xx each." He says, "That went through already? Holy shit."
