I have only tried it on to notice that fully shirred JSK make me look huge rather than appealing.
It fits comfortably for me, who is size 36 bust and 27in waist
Since it's fully shirred
waist: about 23 to 46 inches
Bust: about 25 to 44 inches
and it probably can stretch out a tad more.
The center bow is removable and the straps are adjustable.
Also comes with a skirt lining
