[Liz isn't much bothered by the oncoming darkness, but then she hasn't really been here long enough yet to be scared of it; and hearing about it is different than living through it.
But this is different. Someone she knows is in trouble and, if she's not totally living in a reversed world, sounds scared as hell. This makes things different and the poltergeist isn't going to stand idly by.]
Sollux??? I can see your entry... where are you????

ii got lo2t agaiin.

She looks out of the common room in the barracks, biting her lip for half a beat before replying again.
As she's speaking, Sollux, she's shoving several tealight candles in her pant pockets.]
Is there, like, anything distinguishing around you at all?

Okay... umm... don't get mad, or like, yell at me or anything, but, like, stay where you are, okay? I can't find you if you, like, wander around...
[She had no idea if she was able to find the troll, but she could walk through walls and that would help her more than hinder, right? She could certainly cover more ground than others, this way.]
Were you in the barracks?

2tay where you are, the2e aren't 2afe, you need two 2tay out.
ii wa2 goiing back two the barrack2 but the tunnel2 2howed up.

Sorry... you don't, like, leave your friends to fend for themselves. Never did it back home and I'm, like, not doing it here. I've got some candles and stuff, so I can, like, see where I'm going and stuff.
[Her bravado is a bit stretched now that she's out here in these dark ass halls.]
Besides... I'm, like, a ghost, remember?

Well... I'm, like, already out and moving and was when I heard you post, so, like... might as well help if I can.
[All lies, but she wasn't about to ignore him when he was clearly in need of some solid grade-A saving.]
I mean, if I'm going to get trapped, then, like, I'm going to get trapped either way, right?
[Stubbornness, she has it. Time to focus on the problem at hand.]
Where were you, like, coming from when you were heading toward the barracks?

Well, then how do I get to the tunn-
[Hadn't Derek, Chloe and Sollux told her about the tunnels? She stops and looks down at her feet, brows rising.]
You mean the tunnels under the Keep?
Reply
ye2, the tunnel2 around the keep, but they moved or 2pread or came for me.

[Liz bites her lower lip and is silent for a moment. She was absolutely certain she'd been warned about those tunnels for a reason and here she was thinking about ignoring all those blatant warnings to go off wandering on her own.
But... Sollux was a friend and, scary or not, friends didn't leave friends out hanging in the dark. Exhaling, she straightens a bit and sets herself in a determined line down the hallway, the glow of her candle flickering as she walks as darkness swallows the area around her.]
Well then... I better start looking, huh?

[Her tone is firm and no-nonsense.]
Too late. Already moving. Nobody should, like, be stuck alone in this.
