[The writing is jittery, and sloppy and most definately not Sollux's. Like it was being written in the dark.]
We need help! We're in the great hall! And he's sick! I'm using his journal! Please come! I don't know what to do!
((Isabella
got ahold of Sollux's journal after he got bit by a weaver :3))
She kneels next to Isabella and the prone Sollux. Her attention is on Sollux, but her words are for Isabella.]
What happened?
[First thing she does: pulse check. She presses two fingers into Sollux's neck.]
Reply
We were upstairs and he gotten bit by a spider. We both got bit, but his was black? I think, and then he started to lose hearing, and then he laid down and stopped responding or talking.
[She's pretty worried, and very relieved that Sycora is there!]
Reply
He just lays there, blankly staring into the nothingness under the table.*

After she confirms the pulse, she turns to Isabella. In a motion intended to comfort, she sets a hand on the junction of Isabella's shoulder and neck.]
What I need you to do is calm down. Okay? Can you do that for me?
Reply
Yes, m'Lady. Is there, anything I can do to help?
[She says as she wrings her hands.]
Reply
How long ago was he bitten? Can you tell me more about the spider?
["Black" is not terribly descriptive, unfortunately. Sycora starts checking for the bite site, examining extremities first.]

It was small and black, and he killed it by using some form of mind magic. I do believe it bit him some fifteen minutes ago, helping me out of webbing that I had gotten caught in.

Sycora nods and then shifts her hand up to peel back one of Sollux's eyelids. His eye is entirely red.]
That's different.
[And of no help to her. Sycora ponders his symptoms and the cause for a few moments, and then she looks to Isabella.]
The hearing loss is odd, but I can't tell if it's permanent yet. Right now he's stable, but I don't know if that'll last either.
Reply
Is there, anything I can do, that would help? Should we move him?
[She is MUCH calmer now. Odd that.]
Reply
But first - are you experiencing any symptoms?
Reply
I was bitten. But not by the same kind of spider. My spider was blue. I seem okay.
[She is completely confused. She thinks she had a psychotic break upstairs, nothing that was the cause of an insect bite.]
Reply
I'll keep you under watch. But right now, help me get him downstairs.
[Sycora shifts position and slips her arms under Sollux's shoulders.]
Get his legs.
Reply
[Isabella nods and positions herself to grab the boy's legs. She takes her cue when to lift from Sycora. Between the two of them, this shouldn't be so bad.]
Reply
One, two, three.
[And then she pulls Sollux up, her grip firm and stance solid. Sollux isn't heavy and the infirmary isn't far, both of which are points in their favor. After giving Isabella a moment to adjust, Sycora starts moving towards the path downwards.]
Reply
[Isabella can at least manage this much! She moves as well as she can carrying the back half of the boy to the infirmary. Though, she's sidling sideways at points in the hall to not catch her wings on those damnable webs again! ]
