...so the earth shakes now. Figures as much; there is a large slash in the road almost like Diabound's work and some of the objects here have fallen off the walls and shelves.

Nice place, though. It reminds me of my place back in Kemet, at least, only it's an actual home...not a cavern. Heh ( Read more... )

It's just a bit of a bother. Nothing too bad, really.

There's still a few things of value here and there, of course.

The earthshake? It's nothing I've never experienced before. Just an irritation.

I take it you've spotted some yourself?

Heh. I've been wandering around the city for a while now. So yeah, I have found a few things of value... none that I can risk too readily currently.

Standing out the most would be that 'Pharoh's' puzzle. That looks valuable. And that girly man with the long hair's sword...

Heh. You covet the Pendant as well...but do you realise what went into creating the trinket?

...a girlie man with a sword...I daresay I haven't seen him around.

What went into that pendant only makes it more valuable. It serves only to make me want it more.

And the girly man with the sword. Sephiroth or something. Apparently incredibly strong, but he looks godamn effiminate without his sword. But his sword... is particularly valuable.

It is not merely gold; the flesh and blood of my people went into creating that damn thing.

Seph...Sephiroth? I have never heard of him. Enlighten me.

While the gold makes it valuable, the blood of your people makes it priceless.

Sephiroth. Apparently one of the strongest people you're going to find in this dump. He wields a blade known as the 'masamune.' Surely you've heard of that blade. It's godamn valuable.

...I won't rest until it is stripped from the Pharaoh's neck...along with his blood.

The Masamune? Never heard of it...but I'm intrigued...

Heh. While I'm not one to kill the person I take from, I understand your plight.

The Masamune is essentially a magical blade which cuts anything, and is of great length. As you can imagine, this blade is highly desireable.

...and just how powerful is the man who wields this Masamune?

I'm pretty sure he's one of the few people that can wield the damn thing. It's long, and relatively difficult to use. So I figure he's got to have some decent skill.

But if his 'Remnants' are anything to go by... nothing too strong.

..remnants. *sighs irritably* Does no one fight their own battles anymore?

If they did that, things might actually move faster than usual. And nobody wants that, of course.
