These fireworks really make me miss the Pumpkin Festival in Balalaika. It's Amarcord's biggest celebration and there's so much stuff to do. There are stalls that sell food and homemade items and everything else you can think of. The Sambuca troupe always makes a point to be in the area around this time so there's dancing and music all night. Sometimes even the Aperitif Carnival will set up in one of the fields if they're around.
Being in Econtra for so long makes me wish I hadn't skipped the last few years. When we get out of here... I'm definitely catching the next one.
