104; Don't Melt Away
Thank you to everyone who gave me gifts. I don't think I've gotten so many presents my whole life! The Duel Monsters game looks interesting, and it looks like I'll have plenty of time to read the rules since we're about to be snowed in. Not to mention enough sugar treats to last me for the rest of the year unless Kir gets into them! and enough good memories... to last much longer than that.
I guess that's why it's a little hard to believe that those people are just... gone. The Warden sent they were sent off to fight. The one I knew most closely was my roommate, Kei... but it doesn't matter. They were all someone's friends. I wish there was something better to say than I'm sorry for their loss.
This weather, I suppose it was only a matter of time. It reminds me of the winters in Amarcord after all, sudden and strong.
And... what's causing memory loss this time around? I give up trying to keep track.
