i've abondoned my children and my spice as they sit and watch "where the wild things are." i patiently sat through 15 minutes of that movie before i had to leave.
i left because it was depressing me. i decided that reading my non-fiction book on violent, fundy mormons would be less depressing.
i never wanted to see the movie in the first place. at all.
nope, never wanted to see the film version of one of the most beloved books of just about every pagan person i know.
i also didn't particularly like the "graveyard book" by neal gaiman, i never really got into fairy tales and i didn't start reading fantasy until i was an adult.
yeah, i'm awaiting the crucifiction any minute now. all of you good pagans, come and get me.
