i got one hand in my pocket and the other is throwing a peace sign
this weekend has been the most productive day i have had since last semester which is a good thing. i got a lot done. i am way over word limit on a paper and i still have a whole other section to talk about. oh well, i will figure that out later. may is going to be crazy busy with assigemnts. but i guess that is like any other semester but at least i do not have any finals.
i have been listening to alanis morisette all day and night. i know it is super old but her cd jagged little pill is super good. i think ill bring her back :) seriously like every song on that cd is good.
i cant believe my birthday is 2 days and i finally will be 21, i cant wait! and not to mention i dont have school! ahhh, that is golden.
there is this church here that i have been going too. it is amazing. it reminds me a lot of east gate and makes me smile because i miss going with mal. tonight at church there was this mom and two boys sitting a row infront of me. one of the little boys (about 9 years old) was writing a letter. i saw a line that i think will forever touch my heart. he was writing a letter to his dad and it said, "Say yes to Jesus, dad." I wanted to cry, I thought that was so sweet. Here is this little innocent boy that wants his dad to be saved. I wanted to hug him but figured it might be a bit uncomfortable and he would prob. think I was some crazy american :)
syd and i went shopping today for my birthday. she bought me 4 shirts! how freakin awesome is that and not to mention they are super cute! now i have a new birthday outfit, yay! i also got a skirt and a new shirt. not really for canberra weather but they will all be perfect for summer when i go home.
i can't believe that we go home in 6 weeks!! where in the heck as the time gone?! were starting week 10 of classes tomorrow and only go to week 15! CRAZY!
