Project work yesterday went well. I don't think it's gonna be hard. Also did some weights. Found out Nala isn't feeling herself, she has Lyme disease and some other tick-borne disease so she's being lethargic. It's very sad, she's getting old. Nala's pretty much always been part of my life, I don't want to see her go.
Class day was the Matt Martini show, and he is a huge douchebag. After school I picked up the girl, we drove around, went home, went to Ultimate practice, then took her home. I wish we had more time together. Ultimate went well, I'm glad I can rely on having an aerobic activity during the week.
Some low frequencies cannot be heard, but they can be felt. It is a strange sensation while you are on the dance floor.
