Fourthwalling: Er, I guess that's alright? Red will just think it makes you super suspicious.
Offensive subjects: Uh...if you think I'll be really bothered, I guess ask first? I don't think I'm too easily offended.

Hugging this character: Go for it! Red'll flip a shit, though, he hates being touched.
Kissing this character: Same as above.
Flirting with this character: It will either fly over his head or make him extremely uncomfortable. I am a bad mun, though, so I urge you to go right ahead.
Fighting with this character: Sure. He doesn't shy away from pokémon battles, or if your character is the sort to get in fistfights with kids, all the better!
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Sure! Just contact me so we can plot it out.
Killing this character: Clear it with me, although if it's something plot-related I probably won't say no.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go for it; it'll sure make tagging with him a hell of a lot easier.
Warnings: This kid freaks out really easily. The list of things that can set him off include: Team Rocket members, physical contact, pokémon abuse, overly aggressive behavior, long conversations, people who help him without seeming to want anything back, etc.
