His Costume takes the form of whatever the trick or treater thinks they see ...and is reasonable for him to do. NO, no one not even the boys or other spn members will now who he is.
He doesn't care how old the trick or treater is, but they gotta be in costume. If they are not, he will decide on a case by case basis if they are just being dickheads or not. The Trickster has a heart after all. :D
If they are being dickheads, he may give them the treat, but he's also gonna spike said treat with let's just say 'happy mojo' . Happy mojo is just that. It is not a drug that can be purged. The character just has to ride it out until the day after Halloween. He's not gonna care if being a dickhead is essential to heir lively hood or character, if your char takes it, please play along. Yes, it will be noted in PRIVATE thoughts action if it is normal candy sweets or not.
Nope, he won't change his mind afterward. It will be up to your own good sense of fair play to rp it out or not. I am not the rp police. I am just having him do this for fun.
