It's time for five more birthday questions from thefridayfive . My birthday isn't for another 5 months, but it's not too early to start thinking birthday thoughts is it? Everyone likes birthdays!
1. Do you really make wishes when you blow out the candles on the cake?
-I honestly can't remember the last time I've had candles to blow out on my birthday. Even if I don't have candles, I like to wish for a good year ahead.
2. Have any of those wishes ever come true?
-I can't say. I haven't been terribly unhappy, so I would say why not!
3. How do you feel about birthdays?
-I'm pretty meh about them these days, with each birthday, I'm slowly getting older and older. These days, birthdays for me, are more about having a good day, being with family and friends, and generally enjoying myself. If I can do that on my birthday, then I consider it a good one.
4. Tell us a favorite gift you've received, or what you'd really like for your next birthday?
- I don't know what I'd really like for my birthday, but if my plans for a birthday trip happen, I will be the happiest girl in the land.
5. What flavor cake?
- A cinnamon sugar cupcake from Sprinkles. Save that, a funfetti cake, with buttercream frosting!
