Surprise! It's Friday!
My tweets weren't delivered yesterday, which has happened before, but it always seems to happen on a day that I do a lot of tweeting. GRR! Oh well. One of the things I did tweet about was the Battlestar Galactica toaster. I remember seeing commericials for this toaster while watching the last few episodes of the show and laughing like a mad woman, (of course I was over at gothcat1969 's house, and was probably extremely hyper and giddy) but seriously, a BSG toaster!? SciFi, or Syfy as they're calling themselves now, is giving away one of these toasters. I watched this toaster in action here, but the frakking toaster burns a picture of a Cylon into your toast! Seriously, Cylon toast! Who wouldn't want Cylon toast!?
Chameleon Circuit, the Doctor Who band, had a contest to create a music video for their song 'Awful Lot of Running'. This is the winning video, and DAMN it's brilliant! Seriously!
Click to viewI'm going away this weekend, which is why I say that this is my Friday. I'm heading down South to Tucson for the holiday weekend. I wish I could say that I was doing something exciting, but really, I plan to sit by the hotel pool, and use their hot tub. The hotel I'm staying at, as long as we're in the same type of room, has BEAUTIFUL and EPIC bathtubs, so I very much plan to abuse that while I'm there, with the goodies I brought from LUSH For my sake, I hope this trip is better then the trip to Prescott, and that things aren't so "weird".
This weekend is also Fourth of July, so have a wonderful Fourth!! Don't blow yourself up with fireworks this weekend please, but please do enjoy yourself, and have fun <3
