Happy Friday to one and all. Hope you are all still alive and kicking, and ready for the weekend. I sure am. I think, that since it is Friday, this would be the perfect time to answer five more, not very exciting questions, from thefridayfive .
What is your favorite food from each food group:
Bread(grain)Group: Bagels. Mmm! Einstein whole wheat bagel with strawberry cream cheese please.
Meat(protein) Group: Chicken. Steak come very close however.
Vegetable: Asparagus.
Fruit Group: Banana
Sugars, Fats, Oils: Ice cream of any kind. Mmmm!
Summer Fall plans are already being made, and I am so frakking excited. Because millionstar is so much cooler then I, she managed to get tickets to go see Muse in concert; one of those tickets for me. OH YES! The problem, is that Muse isn't coming anywhere near the West Coast, so I am planning, because I am a crazy mofo, to travel to the other side of the country to go see them. Crazy, yes. Excited, absolutely! The only sad issue for me is that this means I'm going to have to miss San Diego Comic Con, which is okay, because funny enough, this trip should be cheaper then that trip was. And Gallifrey should hold me over for conventions till next year. I shouldn't even be typing a word about this, because now I'm going to jinx myself, but DUDE, I'm going to see Muse in concert in October! OMGZ!
Way back in 2006, there was a tribute type video made for me and two other girls, and was shown as kind of a graduating senior thing, never mind I had graduated high school like three years prior, and was shown at the dance recital that year. One of the songs that my babies are dancing to this year, was in that video, so it made me nostalic, and I had to watch a little bit of it. Then I got nostalgic for old recitals, and had to go hunt out a recital tape, and I'm SO glad I did.
This is from a recital back in 1994, where me, and two other first year company dancers danced to 'Lullaby of Broadway. I adore this video, and it still makes me laugh. Can you spot me? Am I a)the big ham, b)the girl who can't jump over a suitcase properly, c)the girl who can't figure out how to pick up a suitcase properly or d)all of the above. Enjoy!
