I took a little trip to clear my head and met a few old friends this evening. That's always by turns lovely and frightening. Lovely because you see how they've changed and grown, but frightening because we're all aging and will never again be the people we met the first time. I'd love to come. What makes a good gift, do you think? Maybe a nice Šakotis? I know a lovely little bakery in Cornwall that makes them. Odd place for a Lithuanian treat, I suppose, but Cornwall is odd all over.
