Writer's Block: Awesome Openers

Their was this old and tattered book that was in the reading class of my middle school, and it was called 'I Have Lived a Thousand Years' and I found it to be the most intreaguing title ever. I have no idea why, it just was.

I know it asked for opening lines, but I thought that might count enough.

I never got to read the book, but I know I may one day. I'm in high school now, so I'd have to hunt the book down.
