...if it's not sexual?
Because, um, damn. You know me and my otome / visual novels / dating sim games? And my other weaknesses for fluff?
I have discovered a scenario to which I have come to respond "OH GOD YES THAT" with an eagerness I would never had guessed of myself. XD
And while it's certainly a scenario I know is a sexual fetish for some -- I imagine it's even tame and common compared to some things out there -- I am still asexually disinterested on those fronts. My reaction is all dokidoki twitterings around my gooey romantic center, not anything southerly and lusting.
So, in between laughing and going "wait, wut?" at myself, I'm left wondering in the curious abstract fashion: is a non-sexual squee!/obsession/fascination still a "fetish"? XD
