When your own language starts looking strange....
This is how I know I've been playing way too many otome games in their native Japanese, staring at too many kanji/hiragana/katakana in search of the few symbols I can pick out, and listening to too many of the accompanying theme songs in the same language.
Went into work the other day and the radio was on, playing good ol' American songs, and I stopped and paused and thought, roughly, WTF, I can understand what they're saying?, as if there was actually something WRONG with the scenario. XD
...yeah, that's about where I am right now. HI LIVEJOURNAL. I sleep, eat, work, play, repeat, and durnit, I like my routine.
