-I am sending in my Hampshire tuition deposit tomorrow!
-April Vacation was simply a Summer Preview. Warm weather, fun times, great friends.
-i have two solid separate "groups" of friends and they are both made of up amazing incredible people.
-This summer is going to be SPECTACULAR, i can tell. everyone is anxious for a summer of nonstop dancing, drinking, smoking, and late night runs to Singing Beach!
i cant wait for the hot sticky air and the cool smooth breezes.
-My father said that he'd give me his car if i have enough money by the end of the summer (which i most definitely will if i am working 2 jobs...OG and PEM) to pay the insurance up front. having a car out in amherst seems like it would only be avantageous. oh, and i'd also like to buy myself a bike, a good one.
-my family had our first civil college conversation, it was delightful.
-i really want a polaroid camera. i've wanted one for months but the cameras and especially the film is so PRICEY.
-i wish i had my own darkroom too. i wonder if theres somewhere i can go during the summer...?
-i have a violin recital in may...haha, i am one of two 17 year olds among a plethora of 7-10year olds. oh well, i do get to learn VIBRATTO next week. fuck yeah.
-W.H. Auden is a really impressive poet. i need to write a paper on him, though i am procrastinating the entire thing. but really, if any of you have time you should really check him out.
-my prom is in a few weeks and i have no date, and i dont even care about going. i have already been to two great ones, i have no regard for my own four hour dance that people uphold as the most "magical night of your life!" my indifference to high school social events seems to bother my mother.
