My. Face. Is. Numb.

So, my face is numb. I do not like this one bit.
I just ate some soup, but I'm not sure why since I couldn't actually taste it. *sigh* this is a horrible experience.  My EYE was even numb, and my ear, which is getting slightly less numb now which is making itch because it's all...tingly.

It's intensely annoying to drink anything as well.

Boy, that brings back memories. Bad memories. Sorry you had to go through it ... *hugs*

As for the spider, he'd be toast unless, in my initial terrified reaction, I slipped in the tub and knocked myself out before I could smash him.

Yeeeeaaaahhhh ... by the way, what happened to him?

Glad you're unnumbed. That time right after the appointment is almost as bad as the time during.

Spittle jumped into the monitor of the computer in Mrs. Barker's class. *Sobs* he was probably fried immediately.

and i'm glad i'm unnumb too, my face felt really ...odd.

poor little guy ... what am I saying? ozma914 December 13 2006, 17:11:22 UTC
Yeah, that icon is a quote from my second favorite book series, the Stephanie Plum books by Janet Evanovich. I don't entirely agree with the sentiments -- in this day and age, a woman should be perfectly capable of killing her own spider. As long as it's dead. And I don't have to come near it.

We'll have to disagree on the spider issue.

Jillian saw an ad for the live action version of "Charlotte's Web" ... she says the spider is huge and truly terrifying. I don't think that's what they were going for.

I guess you don't like the movie IT, huh?

Isn't IT the movie that has the clown in it? We can't watch it in our house, Jillian's terrified of clowns. If it has a giant spider in it, then I'm with her.

I HATE clowns, too. They wig me something fierce, but I love that movie. It's quite the paradox. But, I definitely prefer Tim Curry in drag, as opposed to him in a clown suit with his odd voice. Scary.

I think the low point for clowns was when James Bond dressed as one -- I think it was in Octopussy. James Bond is *supposed* to be cool.
