Cost is part of it. If I can't get a scholarship/grant, I don't know if I want to take a ridiculously expensive loan to basically dick around for 3 months. Even though the cost of 3 months as a student is the same as 2 weeks as a tourist if doing the same stuff. I did redeclare my graduation date for December though, and I'm in the process of applying for a scholarship (I have one letter of recommendation, and two more on the way). It's due Tuesday. So I'm at least exploring the cost thing, and how I might solve it.
There's the obvious details to figure before committing: is the campus in the boonies, what's the lodging like, is it even worth it or is it just Racine with accents? The Study Abroad Fair is on Feb 9th, so I'll look at all that then. I'm not set on it, but I'm putting my feelers out there.
