I had another dream today.

A reality that exists only in my mind because it is to perfect to be real in the world.
This fact saddens me so very much.

---------------------------------------------------
It began with the loss of my memory of this world, I could still feel it and know the faces but everything else was gone. I had a new life in a new place surrounded by new faces things I couldn't explain if I had the correct words. I had nothing and I was ok with that because I had already seen her face. A beauty unmatched in this world or that one even. The center of a universe that I would come to love.

I stumbled through a city looking for her with nothing but success. She lead me to a school for what seemed to be for those looking for something new, a purpose other then what they had been given. I lost track of her as she had joined a crowd of students, Quickly following I rushed into the crowed searching with little hope to find her face again, and in the second I had lost every ounce of hope she turned around and I saw her smile as her eyes met mine.

In this Utopian school I found books I had never imagined and people like the friends I adore yet everywhere. Intelligent strong brave outgoing people who just surpassed normal expectations. I would find a brother there, Billy Orthollamew's is the only other face that would transfer through these worlds with my own. I saw him yet didn't speak with him or come near to it. Instead I enrolled in this amazing school where I would come to see and know things that I wouldn't even care to try to imagine.

Toward the end of my blissful adventure into this realm I would break from the learning and eat well what could only be described as "school food". At this point I had been trying to talk to her multiple times. In a few classes I had she would sit near enough that I could whisper where she didn't respond with words only smiles and small laughs. I stopped her in the hall what seemed like a few days prior to the aforementioned meal with a flat out mission I only wanted her name. "Please if nothing else just give me your name" with a smile she responded "Nope." Where normally I would be irked at the situation she seemed to want to make it a game, and I am not going to say no to games where a beautiful woman smiles when you answer incorrectly. So I asked "Just the first name then?" she again replied with a playful "nope". My chase was worth it just to watch her eyes light up, I pursued further with "Just the first letter how about that?" and there was no worded reply that time I heard my watch beep and saw her smile and I quickly darted to my next class. Back at a table full of people where I had placed myself next to the center of this world. She looked at me with her big beautiful eyes and asked "So what is your name?" and like a fool I said "Brendan, what is yours?",
at that point across the table a ginger headed boy said "One, nothing". I then proposed this deal "How about if I can guess the first letter you tell me the second?" she agreed with another wonderful smile and a handshake. With every guess she shook her head slightly while I continued onto the next letter.

After 5 or so I had become tired and tossed out what was my last letter "How about F?"
The ginger headed boys laughter gave it away before she could say yes, in which she gave with a slight glare and he said defensively "He got it anyway"
She turned to me and said "My name is Fiona".
I then replied "One to one then" where they both joined me in a small laugh.

In a split second the laughter and smiles turned to confusion and wonder. Blue lights had begun flashing over monitors and it seemed the whole world became a tint of blue. The monitors displayed a ship in earths orbit, it was large and slightly threatening to someone who wasn't used to this world. In a panic I rand to the elevator to get some sort of weapon from the combat floor but when I had turned around I saw the cheers I couldn't hear. It was a sort of spring break. I woke up before I could fully understand what was going on.
---------------------------------------------------

I remember every class, the teachers faces, the people in the halls, the "woosh" of the elevator and the all around sense of wonderment and belonging that I have never before completely felt.
I miss that already.
