"Dammit" by blink-182
It's alright to tell me what you think about me
I won't try to argue or hold it against you
I know that you're leaving you must have your reasons
The season is calling and your pictures are falling down
The steps that I retrace the sad look on your face
The timing and structure did you hear he fucked her?
A day late a buck short I'm writing the report
On losing and failing when I move I'm flailing now
And it's happened once again I'll turn to a friend
Someone that understands
And see's through the master plan
But everybody's gone
And I've been here for too long
To face this on my own
Well I guess this is growing up
Well I guess this is growing up
And maybe I'll see you at a movie sneak preview
You'll show up and walk by on the arm of that guy
And I'll smile and you'll wave we'll pretend it's okay
The charade it won't last when he's gone I won't come back
And it'll happen once again
You'll turn to a friend
Someone that understands
And see's through the master plan
But everybody's gone
And you've been there for too long
To face this on your own
Well I guess this is growing up
M week has been ok. I've been at driving school all week, at Westfield Driving School. All worksheets. Half hour lunchbreaks. Not cool. Except for Autumn, a cool girl from Otis that kept giving me the eye all week. Turns out, she was just playing with me, because she already is taken. Oh poo. I have driving instruction on Monday and Tuesday this week, so I can start working toward my liscense.
Autumn was a pretty cool girl. Unfortuantely, she didnt tell me she was taken until I made a fool out of myself.
This weekend I have been at Saratoga, New York, on a camping trip with my Boy Scout troop. It was horrendous. Torrential rain was the weather for 90 % of the trip. Hiking 8 miles through rain with wet clothes and little kids is NOT fun at all. At least I didnt starve...also spent some quality time with Dad, which was good.
JCC Battle of the Bands tryouts today, but we cant make it. Mark Volain, my friend from Springfield, works it, so he will be giving them a demo to listen tp. We'll make it, no doubt. Me and Sam wanted to see if Kristie and/or Marie wanted to help us with a song on the actual battle, but I don't know about that yet, especially if they even want to do it.
Its kind of depressing for me to be home right now. The whole Autumn situation, I guess.
Oh yeah, and I came home last week to find Les Mis posters on my doors. I know who the culprits are.
Yeah.
