I joined a gym yesterday.  I also have a gym buddy, so I have no reason not to go!  Going to go 3-4 times a week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, & Sunday (with Sunday's being optional).

I'm going to stick with it this time.  I need to for myself, for my well being & my health.

Starting weight: 218

Weekly weigh in will be on Sunday. :)
