aaaaaaaah :sigh of relief:, so i finished my stupid psych paper and now all i have to do is finals, and those will be easy. i wrote the 12 page paper ALL yesterday, AND went to bed before midnight! im quite proud. so tonight i went with my sister to my grampas house in attleboro. i was really nervous, because it was him and his wife rosemary, who i dont really know that well. theyve been married for a while, but shes not my nanny. and i havent been to the house since my nanny died 9 years ago, and i knew they had done a lot of it over, which kind of hurt since i was at that house all the time when i was little. but i really wanted to hang out with my grampa, so i went. i dont get to see him much because they live in minnesota half of the year, and i can never go to family functions in the summer because of drum corps. it was actually really nice, my grampa is the cutest, funniest old man ever. hes just precious, and makes a really mean chicken! him and rosemary are really cute, so im happy for them. its just still hard for me to see him with someone else, even though theyve been together for a while. but my sister and i looked at a lot of really old pictures that weve never seen before. my grampa and nanny were so cute when they were younger, and i saw pictures of my mom and aunts, and they were all gorgeous, and wore really cool clothes, lol. i really miss my nanny. she was amazing. there was still a lot of things in the house that were hers or things she made, so that was really nice. my sister, cousins and i used to always sleep over there when we were little, and there were so many memories. i cant believe i havent been there in 9 years. ok, so moving on......
camp last weekend went well. we have a set pit of 11, which is great. we all get along really well and its gonna be a great season. we got the closer, which is really hard, but will be good. the corps learned the whole opener and we ensembled the whole thing at 180 which i was really impressed at. there are a lot of people this year, and i hope it stays this way. we're probably gonna have 3 buses for the corps members, which is exciting for us. joe and i were fine with each other last weekend, which was awesome, i was afraid things might be weird. yay for me and joe :) and matt came back, which is of course exciting, but i wont inflate his ego anymore by talking about him, because i know hes reading this ;) well im gonna get going, im sleepy. goodnight all.
