They are gutted baseline IBM's that were top of the line in 2001:

$15 a piece. That's a fair deal (for the unknowing), its not a great deal... in fact its surprisingly not a great deal for PCs they would otherwise have to ship/dispose...
I don't HAVE $150 dollars to spend... alas... my dream will have to wait for the next giant stack of outmoded PCs... and, you know, the time to rebuild them all.
