yogi beer

one of the things i love about travel is that different places mean different beers. i think my standards for foreign alcohol are a bit too high for someone who pays less than a dollar for beer because those i've tried were either too watery or too wheaty, basta di masarap. pero ayuz lang haha. i dont want my parents to think that i enjoy it more than they think i do -- they think i hate all things alcoholic. it's easier to pretend not to like what im drinking when i really dont like what im drinking.

anyways, the point is that i've never had trouble showing my parents my dislike for beer because i've never tasted beer that's better than the ones we have at home. not until now. haha.

there's this beer that is by far, the best beer i've tasted. haha. (i still cant provide adjectives other than "bestgreatgood" to describe the taste because im still too emotional on how goooood it is haha). i found it really really hard to put on my anti-beer grimace while drinking because i was really really happy and as a result, i think i over-acted. bigay na bigay pa ako eh kunwari di masarap.

not only does it taste good, it hits hard too. haha. it did to me with only a bottle what would usually take 3 beers to do, which is throw up. haha loko lang. 3 bote asa. yabang. haha. karma yan.

writing about the whole experience just shows how excited i am and i should be embarassed by now. but im not and i will even include excerpts from the brewery's website that would further show how awesome this beer is:

Brewed from the waters from the Yellowstone River,
Fermented in the shadows of the majestic Beartooth Mountains,
Milled under the rim of the Cretaceous Eagle Sandstone,
an ancient Beach in Montana!

GRIZZLY WULFF WHEAT - The Wulff is styled after the Austrian Kristall Weizen, a clear and filtered wheat beer. Unlike many low gravity bottled wheats ,the Wulff shares the bluster and flare of its namesake fly, having a high starting gravity for the style. PLAYBOY magazine (JuLy 2003) picked our Grizzly Wulff Wheat as one of the best microbrew beers across America!! VITAL STATISTICS Starting Gravity 1.050 Alcohol Content 5.3% (v) Malt Pale, dextrin malts, wheat

ang daming beses ko ginamit yung salitang beer ah. haha.
