Return from the Dead.
Ah so finally it's August. I spent the month of July in Italy and France and I have finally returned. Only one word can describe my vacation, EPIC. It was a family vacation, 27 of us all together. It got crazy but there wasn't a moment I wasn't laughing. I will have amazing memories of that trip forever.
Currently I am working on iconing LOST season 1. I have finished about half of the season and it will be up either tomorrow or the day after. So far I really like the batch, I explored with lots of coloring techniques and textures so I can't wait to post it.
So I got desire to do some Disney icons to experiment with coloring on animation. I actually love the results. I have decided to do a series of my favorite movies. The first three are Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan and Lady & the Tramp. I am completing the icons in order of the year the movie was made.
On a last note, something I decided to try in depth was the use of negative space. I really like it :D So without further ado.
