Grrr!

I am going crazy here! While I am enjoying my lovely new computer, all is NOT as it should be. This whole thing with iTunes has me running around going bananas! First, I can't update the program. Then I can't uninstall it. I tried uninstalling Quicktime first and no luck. Then I tried to find an alternative to iTunes, but the sound doesn't work. Now I have Quicktime back, but iTunes still won't import or burn CDs. And to add insult to injury, now my iPod isn't recognized on the computer because the driver isn't functioning correctly! I am about ready to pull my hair out!
