Holy crap, just spent hours listening to music from Longwave, Helio Sequence, and Air Formation... O_O Amazing. I actually had a Longwave album that I downloaded years ago but I only listened to it one or two times...it was during one of my huge downloading binges and it must have seemed less interesting than whatever else I also found.
Anyway...beautiful music. I've been really disenchanted with indie and indie folk as of late. It seems like it tries to be quirky and weird so much that the music suffers. If I want to listen to someone yelping nonsensical crap to an off-beat drum and a badly plucked sitar--well, never mind. No point in finishing up that thought, since there is no reason why I would want to do the aforementioned act.
It was just a relief to hear beautiful music...
