thursday was: up late, work, spider house with conrad, jason, carrie, work, dinner with alex, whiskey bar with wesley and the dannies, people were there but so was a nagging pain in welsey's kidney so we left, movie with marisa.
the devil's backbone(almodovar had a hand in it) is a fucking amazing movie ostensibly about a ghost etc. etc. and watching it for that reason alone is plenty worthwhile. but there's also a lot of great alegorical undertones(isn't that kind of redundant?, i think so) about impotence, communism, revolutions. and after you watch it a few times, it's worth it to start prestando atencion a those details. makes me smile.
what to make of things? i am writing unfinished stories, i suppose.
tonight is legowelt and some other way dark danish electro. i am pretty excited, except that it's at elysium again which sucks, and it's $10 so i bet i am the only person there.
