i'm good. just moved into a new apartment in new york, teaching yoga, living and loving.

Hows Brant Lake? So you're really into this Yoga stuff huh. I did a Pilates class on Thursday. It was pretty interesting. I have no hamstrings though so I keep getting in trouble putting my legs up.

What else is new? Do any travel?

Brant Lake is as beautiful as it ever was.

Yoga is amazing, can't imagine my life now without it.

travel... last year Puerto Rico, this past year danced in Boulder Fringe, Charleston with the fam, taught yoga in Jamaica in November... Anguilla next month... DR sometime soonish
