Now that Reed has officially breached the distinct possibility (reality) of not going to Utah with me, I'm really deadlocked with my summer options. There are three viable ones:
- Go to Darfur to work on the dissemination of our cookstoves. (Pro: never been there, something crazy, really do constructive to help people, almost everything is paid for. Con: semi-dangerous area, hot as hell, like horribly hot and I'm white)
- Stay in Berkeley, work. (Pro: lots of bike-riding, friends. Con: Not as interesting, more expensive than the other two)
- Raft in Utah. (Pro - Utah! its outdoors - lots of biking, decent pay, free living, outdoorsy stuff. Con: Buy a car. Lonely if Reed's ass isn't going to be there.
What to do?
