I said that I wasn't going to write anymore about the Sony hacks, but this is too good to pass up. Sony's insurance company has sued Sony to say they don't have to pay for Sony getting hacked up one side and down the other. They seem to have a valid case on two points. First, they're insuring Sony for casualty-type losses, which this is not. Second, Sony was warned months ago that their security practices suck, and they did nothing to try to protect themselves. Contributory negligence.
