Apparently it is fully available in the US, that is, after you download a mandatory patch. Neat, and a nice package of rewards, especially LittleBigPlanet. What I awnt to know is whether or not those game versions will be fully tricked-out with expansions, or whether they're just the basic game and expansions will have to be paid for.
