And here is what is up with me
- I have finished the first draft of my essays! Hooray! I celebrated by downloading the Exiled Prince DLC for Dragon Age 2, and now I'm enjoying Sebastian's presence in my games. It was especially hilarious to see the game dump him on my mage Marian three-quarters of the way through act 3. Their meeting was basically:
Sebastian: Oh you mages and your silly complaints about oppression! Now kill your lover, pls.
Marian: :| *goes off into the sunset with Anders*
I've rolled a 2h warrior for him to romance. I like her, she's called Dana. She's a terrible goody-two-shoes.
- IN OTHER NEWS I posted a fanfic yesterday on dragon_age. I've been fiddling with it for a while. It's an epilogue for all your party members set in the same postgame as my earlier fic Ghosts, which was about Vengeance!Anders and Hawke. I've been in a ficcy mood lately, and not just for Dragon Age. Joining comms that have weekly prompt fests has really helped my productivity!
This one is mainly for futuresoon : did you know that the same people who made Green Wing have a new series called Campus that is basically Green Wing in a university? It's pretty funny but I'd skip the first episode as it took a little while for the humour to settle.
Other programs I have been enjoying and watching: The Walking Dead, Justified (basically it's all Southern cops with guns for me atm). Oh Timothy Olyphant, I will never get tired of your face. This is because he regularly makes expressions like this:
It's like having David Tennant on my telly all over again. (I love Eleven but he's not quite the epic-level gurner that Tennant was, and my icons miss his deprfaces)
- Also some people are getting married tomorrow apparently? I have used up all the enthusiasm I can muster for the Royal Family.
