I'm back! For a few days, at least, and then it's off to the Midlands for three or four days to see the grandparents. Bath was very interesting, but now I have lots of pictures of Rome doing various silly things (apparently Romans were fond of bathing naked and had to be banned from doing so. EVEN IN BRITAIN. The mind boggles. No, I did not draw it) and thanks to my English Civil War obsession I found out that Oliver Cromwell very nearly emigrated to America. Which sparked off a fic idea that can be best described as All He Ever Wanted but with Puritans.

Also at the American Museum (which of course I HAD to go to) I saw the original of this image and laughed myself silly.
