When: Thursday night, leading into Friday morning.
Where: First the border between Western and Southern districts, then the Opera house.
What: Unnerved by the number of countries/potential American allies in the city, Rip enlists a human Blitzwing's help to kidnap America for purposes of interrogation. And maybe just a little fun.

Deception came naturally to Rip van Winkle, but even if it didn't, she'd have hardly any difficulty whatsoever in convincing America to meet with her. The little boy - and he was a boy to the 70-year-old vampire - was so gullible and so convinced that he was in the right, it hardly made lying to him entertaining. It barely mattered that she didn't carry the promised cheeseburgers with her or that she never even made the map that pointed out where all of America's plane parts were.
What mattered now was acting as quickly and as discretely as possible. The plan was simple: meet America, knock him out, and then with Blitzwing's help drag him back to the Opera House under cover of darkness for a little personal attention.
Waiting alone by a lamppost, she surveyed the border of the two districts, unarmed and waiting calmly for the brave little toaster nation to make his arrival.
