Most emergency vehicles have some sort of signal to inform other vehicles on the road that they are coming through and desperately needed somewhere else: flashing lights, wailing sirens, something like that.
Drift has a loud engine and an utter disregard for his tires' integrity--each turn is marked by a screech of rubber on pavement.
He's not thrilled about going to Medbay, but that's not important. No one else can get Six's companion there as fast as he can, or this Cho to the Central Plaza.
He has no idea what Cho looks like, but he presumes the human will be able to hear him coming.
