What: As promised, Soundwave has data on the Labyrinth to share with Shockwave.

When: Sometime after Soundwave's post to the network.

Motivation.
There are a few of those that caused him to contact Shockwave. Although he did state he'd never talk to him again, that'd been. An emotional fit. Something he'd like to forget. Something he'd like to ignore.
Impossible, though. Not when he has memories not his. Nothing too detailed now, that much he's thankful for, but there are enough. Glimpses of bits and pieces. The emotions tagged with them. Brothers, children, lovers, and various others.
He even tried deleting the memories. His system crashed in doing so. Deleting, just. Impossible.
So this he does, for selfish reasons. To have contact, and perhaps have something, even if it's all just business, with him.
At least there's data. That is a constant.
Soundwave makes his arrival, remaining composed. Indifferent is better.
Indifferent is unlikely.
